Q: What do I say to a new prospect when calling them?
Below is an email I sent back to some other leaders in AdvoCare regarding calling prospects from the Prospector system. We reference a great training from this website as a good foundation to learn this process and it changed our business big time. www.professionalinviter.com
Sarah and I, and Donnelly have been using this method that past 2+ years following the “Professional Inviter” Tim Sales’ approach.
1. Once they hit the site and we find out via Prospector, we then call them
2. We try and connect with them using questions very, very similar to what the prospector “phone scripts” provides, all the time trying to deflect exactly what we do and keep the focus on them, their goals, what they want, etc.
3. We ask them to go watch “Is AdvoCare for you” – on www.advocaretraining.com , we used to use the presentation4 stuff, but like the real life video of Danny now. Unless it is a trainer, we might use www.presentation4trainers.com first for instance.
4. We ask them if they can watch it in the next 30 minutes or preferably the same day so we can schedule a reconnect. We give them a sense of urgency to watch it ASAP, don’t let them control the converstation, you are in charge and offering them an opportunity of a lifetime.
5. The reconnect leads to a 3-way call with upline if the person is new, if it is me I sign them up and start having them work through the following videos on www.advocaretraining.com
1. How to get to Advisor (show them how to earn the most money)
2. How to Package your Story (show them how to share properly and get started)
3. Bullet Proof Shield (show them how to be strong with the message of AdvoCare)
The key thing I also stress is the power of the products, I share my story (packaged tightly) and how I was skeptical till I experienced just 10 minutes on the stuff. So I use phrases like:
“Honestly Mark, a lot of what you saw and what I am telling you will not make sense till you have a Slam or a Spark in your body”. Or “Mark, till you get Muscle Fuel in before a workout, you just won’t know the full opportunity you have on your hands here, it is that powerful and one sample is all it takes to get people excited:.”This way I always get product sales no matter if someone goes big in the business.
That is our method, some on our team have duplicated it pretty well, and wish everyone knew how to do this effectively because the Professional Inviter method really works when we have a great online presentation like Danny made for us to connect them to.
